From wraps to fillings to sauces, this session is a celebration of scratch-made dumplings.
Dumplings are a staple on the traditional Asian table, and this interactive cooking class Chef Taciana is your golden ticket to learning how to create your own. Explore traditional methods for preparing fabulous fillings wrapped and cooked to gourmet perfection.

With guided instruction, you'll discover how the proper blend of proteins and vegetables can lead your dumplings in deliberately flavorful directions. Practice your wrapping techniques on your customized dumplings and make a soy-and-citrus sauce ideal for dipping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
