Start by mastering langue de chat cookies, made with gluten-free flour and vegan butter. Elevate your skills as you create Milano cookies, adding chocolate and orange zest to the gluten and dairy-free base. Finally, craft indulgent no-bake chocolate macaroons using coconut flakes, cocoa, sunflower butter, apricot jam and chocolate.

Under Chef Lisa's guidance, you'll explore easy-to-master techniques to create gourmet cookies that are both delicious and allergen-free.

She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.

My friend and I attended class with Chef Lisa and had such a lovely time! We learned lots of new skills in the kitchen and made delicious savoury and sweet hand pies! The class was entirely gluten and dairy free and I would recommend to anyone, allergen-free or not!
