WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of dumplings from filling to folding and savoring each pillow-soft bite.
You don't need a reservation to experience the tastiest dim sum in town thanks to this immersive cooking class. Invite your friends to mix up a trio of steamed dumplings with three unique meat and veggie fillings and a hands-on lesson on how to fill, fold and pleat dumplings. You'll even bake up a side of fluffy bao buns with BBQ pork.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I thought the class was okay. I got more cooking tips from another participant. I felt like the female chef was very rude. Our chef was only interactive with one group. I was really expecting more.
