WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn the art of making traditional dim sum in this interactive cooking class experience.
Experience a dim sum cooking class where you'll learn to create authentic and delicious bites. This hands-on class will guide you through making steamed BBQ pork buns, classic shrimp and Chinese chive steamed dumplings, and pork shumai with soy and sesame dipping sauce. Discover the art of crafting these traditional dim sum favorites and master the techniques of folding dumplings and preparing savory fillings. Immerse yourself in the flavors of Chinese cuisine and enjoy the satisfaction of making dim sum from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
