In this hands-on experience, you will use the freshest ingredients, such as red snapper and oysters and master various techniques for cooking fish, shellfish and other ocean delights. By the end of the class, you'll have the confidence and knowledge to impress your guests with your homemade seafood creations.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
