WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore the fresh seasonal ingredients of Italian cuisine.
Transport yourself to Italy for this hands-on cooking class led by a chef instructor. You'll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch using fresh ingredients and shape it into noodles to make a creamy fettuccini carbonara. Craft a traditional Panzanella salad to cleanse your palate. And end with a dark chocolate tiramisu for a decadent dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
