WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make Italian treats from scratch.
Explore the sweet side of Italy in this immersive cooking class. A chef instructor will teach how to make a variety of sweet Italian treats, including a chilled semifreddo and a rich lemon pound cake. You'll also learn techniques to make batter and pastry dough to be the base of a variety of sweet treats.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
