WHAT YOU’LL DO

Fundamental knife skills are essential for safer, faster and better cooking
This chef-led cooking class offers a fun, hands-on environment to practice foundational knife work techniques that take your culinary skills to the next level. Your experienced chef instructor will provide valuable, real-time feedback as you slice, chop and dice. Improve your kitchen safety, efficiency, consistency and presentation while gaining confidence as a home cook.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us
