WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create a range of show-stopping Italian desserts perfect for the summer
Turn summer's harvest into mouth watering desserts in this engaging cooking class. Join an expert instructor who will guide you through every step, from blending batters to mastering pastry dough and even crafting a delightful, refreshing semifreddo. With newfound baking skills in hand, you'll be equipped to whip up a variety of seasonal delights.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
