Cooking Class - Pastry Shop Classics

What You’ll Do

Master baking techniques for elegant and show-stopping French pastry creations.

Fill your kitchen with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pastries thanks to the professional methods learned in this cooking class. Carefully knead dough and layer with chilled butter for a block of laminated dough easily baked into many delightful confections. Slice, roll and maybe even stuff wtih chocolate or berries before baking into palmiers, croissants and summer berry turnovers.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
