WHAT YOU’LL DO
Discover the secrets that make French cooking so delectable.
You'll explore the flavors of French cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Led by Chef Jordan, you'll master French cooking techniques while crafting authentic and traditional French dishes.
To begin the class, you'll learn how to caramelize onions for a rich French onion soup topped with rustic bread and a sprinkle of Gruyère cheese. Then, learn how to make duck confit flavored with aromatic spices and served on top of a baguette. Craft a savory pork tenderloin with caramelized onions and apple purée. A decadent crème brûlée serves as dessert.
