What You’ll Do

Learn how to make the iconic ball-shaped snacks from Japanese cuisine.

Explore East-Asian flavors by preparing takoyaki in this immersive cooking class. Chef Jennifer will bring the takoyaki party to your kitchen.

Begin the class by making a classic and savory miso soup. Then, make a variety of takoyaki using a specialized machine. You'll make a classic octopus dumpling and then experiment with more unique flavors and ingredients. Learn how to cook it until golden brown and then surprise your tastebuds with each new bite. To end the class, you'll make a matcha Swiss roll to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
