WHAT YOU’LL DO

Take your baking skills to the next level.
This cooking class delivers all the skills and techniques needed to prepare your favorite baked goods. A gourmet baker will teach you how to whip, mix and whisk ingredients into delicious treats. Learn how to make a fluffy Victoria sponge cake layered with cream and strawberry jam. Put together a pudding cake soaked in toffee sauce. Finally, roll sausage into crispy puff pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
