Sushi making is easy! Learn the best techniques and make delicious sushi right at home.
In this sushi-centric cooking class, you'll make your own rolls. Your chef instructor will go over the basics, such as picking the freshest fish, seasoning rice, and whisking dipping sauces. You'll brush up on your knife abilities and practice the best rolling techniques. By the end, you'll be ready to try your creations and finish with an earthy and sweet matcha ice cream, the perfect way to close the lesson.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
