WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create colorful sushi rolls with confidence in this hands-on class.
Make your own sushi rolls with this chef-led class while practicing essential knife and rolling techniques. Prepare and season sushi rice before creating a spicy tuna roll, cucumber roll and veggie hand roll with fresh ingredients. End the class with earthy matcha ice cream and a bright yuzu mint soda for a refreshing finish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I Enjoyed this class so much! It was my first time, and the Teacher/ Chef and her Sous Chef made me feel so welcomed.
