WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to correctly use knives for food preparation.
This cooking class will focus on knife skills and how to correctly use them to prepare ingredients. Every successful chef will tell you how important it is to be able to correctly use knives and during this culinary experience, you’ll learn first-hand how handling the right equipment professionally is an essential skill.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
