WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to create the perfect BBQ.
In this cooking class, you will create a delightful array of dishes, perfect for a summer cookout! Not only will you learn how to make perfect ribs with a tasty homemade glaze, but you’ll also make delicious potato salad and coleslaw. Warning: taking this class means that you’ll be inundated with BBQ invites all summer!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
