WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create delicious dishes packed with flavor.
In this cooking class, you will explore both Spanish and Portuguese cuisine and learn how the flavors mix perfectly. You’ll learn how to create a warming marinade with red chillis to make Piri Piri chicken and create a fresh salad with Spanish olives. To round out the meal with brûléed custard tarts (Pastéis de Nata).
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
