In this cooking class, Chef Jackie will demonstrate the vegan takes on four salads to elevate picnics or other social outings. The best bit - the plant-based versions are even more lavish than their originals!

Start the vegan feast by making creamy Campanelle salad with microgreens. Then, drizzle freshly prepared balsamic vinegar reduction on a plant-based version of salad Caprese. Continue exploring the flavors by making herbaceous potato salad with a hint of lemon zest. Finish with a sweet watermelon note balanced with a savory addition of avocado and mint.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with chef Jackie was nothing short of incredible! We had so much fun and truly learned so much that we can apply in our everyday cooking. She was patient with us and also really lovely to chat with as well. My boyfriend and I both agreed that it was one of the best Friday nights we’ve ever had. Jeff Jackie's event/experience largely exceeded my expectations. Not only the recipes were fabulous, she is a great teacher. We learn many basic cooking technics, such as how to properly hold a knife, ways to cut scallions, etc, etc. The food tasted amazing. Thank you so much Jackie

Chef Jackie taught a super fun and informative class! The food that we made was delicious and I really liked that she infused her Lebanese culture into the meals because they were very unique. I learned a lot of new cooking techniques that I will apply on a daily basis, and I already bought ingredients to make one of the amazing dishes she instructed. This class truly exceeded my expectations!
