Kids will explore the world of fresh baked food.
This hands-on cooking series will have kid home chefs crafting delicious, fresh-baked goods. A chef instructor will guide them through these 4 summer cooking classes, teaching essential recipes and techniques. These classes are designed for kids ages 7-11 to explore the world of baking. They'll learn how to make and flip crГЄpes and fill them with fresh fruit and how to decorate a cake using professional techniques. They'll improve fundamental skills and practice kitchen safety. Each student will take home recipes to recreate their favorite treats for friends and family.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.

We really enjoyed the class and the food. Chef Jeff and his assistants were informative and friendly, putting the group at ease. My crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had! I’m going to go home and replicate it now?
