WHAT YOU’LL DO

Take your Italian culinary skills to the next level and master homemade pesto calabrese.
Learn to create fresh, handmade pasta that will transform your meal from everyday to unforgettable in a pesto calabrese cooking class created in partnership with America’s Test Kitchen. An expert chef will guide you through techniques to master this dish from the Italian region of Calabria. Your new culinary skills will give you the confidence to cook every night.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
