Master skills in the kitchen such as how to properly season tofu or wok frying rice and vegetables. Start class by assembling delicate vegetarian potstickers with ponzu dipping sauce. Next, make General Tso's tofu with steamed broccoli and savory fried rice. Finish class with a sweet treat of cinnamon and brown sugar fry cakes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
