Welcome the joy of Mediterranean cuisine with this interactive class. Led by esteemed chefs, marvel in the rich flavors from Spain, Greece, France, and beyond. Master fundamental techniques like mise en place, knife skills, and cooking meats while crafting a delightful spread of appetizers, mains, sides, and desserts. Find the secrets behind transforming fresh ingredients into mouthwatering, classic Mediterranean dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
