Drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched countryside and the sea, Mediterranean cooking is a medley of flavors, scents and distinctive combinations. Learn to capture the region's essence by learning skills and techniques favored by the world's best chefs with an array of fresh ingredients, including main dishes, appetizers, sides and decadent desserts.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We cooked roasted chicken with brown-butter mashed potatoes, as well as a crème brûlée. It was delicious and Chef Ricky was great, it was a great date night for my boyfriend’s birthday!
