WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create a trio of tempting desserts to please your eyes and palate.
Explore the rich history of pastries from a dessert capital of the world: France. Guided by a chef instructor, you will become a pastry artist, crafting restaurant-quality desserts with ease. Gain confidence in a variety of baking skills like how to evenly slice apples for the best tarte tatin or how to make a buttery, flaky crust. Whisk plenty of air into your chocolate soufflé batter for an airy and rich finished product, then make homemade crepes to soak up all the flavors of orange and caramel for crepes Suzette.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
