WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore the basics of creating homemade pasta that takes center stage in a classic Italian meal.
Chef Todd shares his expertise in Italian cuisine with a special menu just for you and your family! He'll teach you and your group how to make fresh pasta from simple ingredients and dress your plate in true Italian style.

Start the meal with making a panzanella salad. Then learn how to make two types of pasta both with a delicious sauce. The main part of the meal is a Braciole followed by a panna cotta infused with vanilla beans and topped with seasonal fruit roasted to perfection for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Todd was amazing!!! He included all of us in preparing an awesome meal. The recipes were relatively simple, yet the out come was off the charts delicious!!! Chef Todd was flexible and gracious with dietary accommodations and he created a fun environment for our holiday gathering. He somehow got a group of us amateurs to make an extraordinary meal that was scrumptious and we will have great memories of the evening. He and Cozymeal managed to find a cool location for us in Brooklyn when the usual Manhattan venue was booked on the date of our event. Chef Todd is a person of detail and far exceeded my expectations. He transformed my kitchen and dining room into a high end eatery! Everything from the folding of the cloth napkins to the unfolding of each course as it comes out is fantastic. He brought a waitstaff dressed in tuxedo!
