What You'll Do

Experience a true English dining experience in this hands-on cooking class.

Embrace the luxury of English cuisine in this engaging cooking class, centered around a classic beef Wellington. A gourmet chef instructor will teach you to make a beef Wellington from scratch, including the dough and a perfectly cooked piece of beef. Accompanying the beef Wellington will be a charred broccoli dish served with manchego, hazelnuts and honey, as well as a perfectly fluffy serving of mashed potatoes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This was my first time attending one of the cooking sessions, and I must say they did not disappoint. I was more than satisfied. The chef, Gabby, was awesome! She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind, which truly made for a great experience. Oh, and the food was delicious! My daughter and I both thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Chef Gabriella “Gaby” was fantastic! We had a small group of 4 & it was intimate & we learned so much & had so much fun cooking. Chef Gabriella was very knowledgeable, kind & patient. Coming again with friends & family for sure! Thank you Chef Gabriella!!
