This interactive cooking class highlights the hallmarks of Italian cuisine: quality, simplicity and tradition. Each dish incorporates high-quality, regional ingredients prepared simply using time-honored techniques.
Begin with a fresh Italian salad featuring iconic Italian cheeses and a creamy citrus dressing. Next, you’ll craft savory mushroom and fontina crostini followed by a lesson in handmade pasta. Follow along with the chef as you form, roll and cut the dough for fettuccine paired with a vibrant pesto sauce. Finish the meal frying up classic cannoli with sweet, creamy filling and crunchy pistachios.
