WHAT YOU’LL DO

Sharpen your culinary prep skills by learning proper techniques.
Professional chefs are ready to share their best tips for slicing, dicing and chopping a variety of common ingredients in this cooking class. You'll learn basic safety skills and how to properly hold different types of knives. Discover what a julienne cut is and practice other basic cuts. Enjoy light snacking while slicing up fruits and vegetables.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class menu varies by date. A light snack will be served.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
