WHAT YOU’LL DO
French culinary techniques — from roasting to baking — are on the menu in this class.
Learn a variety of cooking skills passed down for generations in this cooking lesson led by a five-star chef. You'll handcraft a French menu in no time as you combine flavors that make each recipe shine. Whether you're sautéing fragrant herbs with your meat dish or adding the finishing touch to your dessert, this class teaches you everything you need to recreate French flavors at home.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Excellent evening - We will definitely apply what we learned at home - making the pasta was especially fun! Chef Kelly is an enthusiastic and fun teacher. We want to come back to learn how to make dumplings and pastries!
