WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft elevated mezze boards inspired by Mediterranean cuisine using fresh ingredients and traditional culinary techniques.
Explore the flavors of the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Karmala will guide you through crafting a modern mezze meal featuring five delightful small plates using premium ingredients.
Create tomato bruschetta with Roma tomatoes, basil, and olive oil on fresh ciabatta with a crunchy Parmesan crust. Whip up refreshing Tzatziki with Greek yogurt, cucumber, and herbs. Savor aromatic Castelvetrano olives infused with star anise, thyme, and Calabrian chili. Prepare warm marinated feta cheese in olive oil with oregano and chili to reveal its creamy texture. Learn to achieve perfect grill marks on freshly made pita bread. Lastly, indulge in buttery Greek kataifi stuffed with nuts and spices and soaked in a fragrant saffron syrup.
