A chic brunch is on the menu of this hands-on cooking class. Chef Karmala will teach you time-honored culinary techniques to make sophisticated European recipes.

Start with buckwheat blinis topped with smoked salmon and fresh herbs. Then, master the classic French omelette filled with brie or gruyere cheese and create a hearty Basque piperade stew with bell peppers, shallots, and thyme. Finally, finish the meal with decadent pancakes made with fresh lemon and ricotta.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Karmala was great! My daugher and I took her class to celebrate mother's day. We both learned so much and enjoyed the delicious food Karmala helped us prepare. She's an excellent chef and teacher.

Mala was unbelievable. There were two of us in the course and she quickly adapted her presentation to the skill level of the audience. I've taken numerous courses throughout the years and have never had such a delightful experience. The recipes were well documented, the instruction clear and concise, and the personality of the chef was IMPECCABLE. I would take courses with Mala anytime!
