WHAT YOU’LL DO
Classic European brasserie dishes come to life in this date night cooking class.
Plan an upscale date night with this hands-on culinary experience where you'll work with your date to create iconic recipes from a French bistro. Begin by pan-searing a steak to perfection with pan jus, and slicing potatoes to make traditional frites with an aioli. After building a winter salad you'll bake a decadent molten chocolate cake together.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef’s were great and the class was fun. Will definitely attend another class.

The real chef was great - this cozy meal service was awful. I wandered around the mall for 30 minutes trying to find the correct store/location. The details was seriously lacking with cozymeal. All cozymeal did was advertise and charge for another businesses class.
