WHAT YOU’LL DO
Celebrate the flavorful traditions of one of Europe's most intriguing culinary cultures.
The unique heritage of Portuguese cuisine comes to life in this hands-on cooking class. Learn how African, French and Spanish influences blend to create distinctive flavors and textures. You'll create four dishes, beginning with spice-infused chicken piri piri. Prepare a batch of crisp and tender potato croquettes, then combine Brussels sprouts and zesty chorizo. For dessert, learn the magic of baking indulgent custard tarts.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
