WHAT YOU’LL DO
Master practical French cooking techniques as you work through a sweet and savory bistro menu.
In this hands-on cooking class, you and your date will begin by pan-searing steak alongside sizzling hot frites and a homemade truffle aioli for an iconic bistro dish. Whisk up a Champagne vinaigrette to pair with a hazelnut and pear salad, the perfect bite of acidity to combat the rich steak and fries. For dessert, fold melted chocolate and espresso into whipped cream and chill for a decadent espresso chocolate mousse.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
