You'll never want store-bought noodles again once you learn how simple it is to make homemade pasta. In this immersive cooking class, Chef Stephanie will guide you in finding the perfect combination of eggs and flour for a wonderfully chewy — and colorful — dough.

Knead and cut your pasta into different styles, like ricotta-filled pasta, and simmer your own homemade sauces, from fresh tomato sauce to creamy Alfredo sauce to herby pesto sauce. End class by baking a decadent lemon olive oil cake topped with whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic! The event room was cosy, beautifully decorated and funtional as well. She had a fabulous spread of cheeses, meats,etc.. when we arrived and we made our own charcuterie boards. We made many different pastas & helped with a loverly lemon cake and focaccia—after which Stephanie cooked up the pastas with 4 different sauces and served us all. We ate well! All in all a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it. E&E
