With an esteemed chef, you'll add a range of time-honored culinary techniques to your repertoire while preparing delicious dishes created to satiate and comfort. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
The class menu varies by date and may include:
Pork Chops Saltimbocca Stuffed With Prosciutto and Fontina, Tuscan Kale Salad With Parmesan Vinaigrette, and Caramel and Vanilla Affogato
or
Pan-Roasted Chicken Breasts With Whole Grain Mustard, Leeks and Tarragon, Cast Iron-Roasted Potatoes With Espelette and Thyme, and Brown Butter Chocolate Skillet Cookie
