WHAT YOU’LL DO

The secrets of creating these light and lovely meringue cookies are yours to discover.
This immersive baking class is your chance to master that fabulous French cookie, the macaron. You'll discover tips and tricks for turning egg whites and sugar into airy meringue and pipe crisp, chewy macaron shells. Then, whip up two tempting blends to spread in the center of your creations — classic hazelnut praline and chocolate hazelnut — for macarons worthy of a top-tier pâtisserie.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
