What You’ll Do

Explore the flavors of New Orleans through classic dishes.

A party of flavors will be on full display in this engaging cooking class. Chef Joshua will teach you the secrets to capturing the iconic flavors of New Orleans.

First, stuff mirlitons with pimento cheese to make a chayote for an appetizer. Make classic red beans and rice with savory sausage and shrimp etouffee bursting with cajun herbs. Mix together ginger, soy and herbs to make a tangy Bourbon chicken. For dessert, whip up a decadent banana foster with bourbon and cinnamon and topped with fresh whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Josh was a delight to meet! We loved this experience and had a lot of fun learning cooking tips, new recipes, and about the food scene in Colorado in general. He was very informative and was able to answer any cooking question we had. Highly recommend!
