Take an impressive culinary tour of Nepal guided by Chef Jessy.

In this fun and interactive cooking class, you'll taste authentic Nepali recipes and learn how to build them from scratch with your own two hands. Take home these superb skills and innovative techniques to impress guests in your own kitchen.

Begin with momo dumplings made with chicken and spices, then cook black lentils with turmeric, onions and garlic. Discover the proper methods to roast lamb sekuwa with herbs and spices and sided by warm spiced rice. Finally, Chef Jessy will show you how to make kheer, a sweet, rice pudding-style dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We made gnocchi ricotta with creamy chard pesto and spring veg. Everything was seasonal. Chef Jessy is super knowledgeable, carefully explained every step including seasoning. Gave loads of extra general cooking advice.
