What You’ll Do

Slice, dice, grill and bake your way through Mediterranean cuisine.

Explore the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean during this interactive cooking class with Chef Sarah, where you'll revel in the bright flavors of feta, lemon, olives and more.

First, you'll make a Greek salad with fresh produce like tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. For your entrГ©e, grill chicken with a lemon rosemary rub, served with a side of couscous mixed with carrots and onions. Finally, Chef Sarah will teach you how to make the ultimate Mediterranean dessert, baklava, with nuts, cinnamon, sugar and honey.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
