A garden of vegetables get a French twist with this vegetarian cooking class.

Learn how to apply French techniques to an array of seasonal produce, showcasing the versatility of vegetables with classic techniques like slow roasting and confit style with guidance from Chef Matt.

First, you'll roast beets and serve them warm over arugula with melty goat cheese and citrus. Next, pan-sear meaty king trumpet mushrooms and enjoy over a bed of sweet potato purГ©e. Then, you'll carefully arrange a rainbow of vegetables for traditional ratatouille, served with bread to soak up sauces. For dessert, strawberries layered with crГЁme fraГ®che and brown butter cakes.
