WHAT YOU’LL DO
Channel your inner chef and learn how to make three types of handmade pasta and more.
Discover how fun and simple it is to make fresh pasta with Chef Radka in this hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn culinary techniques that includes mixing and shaping pasta dough.
Class begins with Chef Radka teaching you how to make a crisp Italian radicchio salad. Next, you'll knead, roll and cut ribbons of pappardelle and fill tortellini and ravioli like a pro, and whip up a Parmesan herb and brown butter sauce for your pasta. End your experience with an elegant dessert of olive oil-roasted strawberries with mascarpone.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
