First, learn how to expertly shape and sear flavorful crab-less cakes prepared with enoki mushrooms. For the main course, make sizzling vegan steak and vegan shrimp with a buttery garlic glaze, and herbed potatoes, carrots and asparagus and mashed potatoes on the side. End by whipping up an elegant dairy-free strawberry lemon curd tart.

She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.

Chef Pat's professionalism is on a level by itself. Add the menu options, taste and the quality put into each dish and you get a chef like non-other. I have used Chef Pat on many occasions and she never disappoints. I highly recommend.

I looovvvee bacon, and there was none to be found at Chef Pat's vegan brunch. However, I have to say, I really enjoyed ALL of the vegan breakfast food. I will definitely eat it again!
