What You’ll Do

Warm your soul and elevate your pasta-making skills in this hands-on class.

Carefully craft an Italian feast from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Alex, complete with advanced pasta-making techniques and a menu brimming with classic dishes from Italy.

You will begin by making a hearty ribollita soup made with hearty kale, tomatoes, potatoes and Tuscan bread. For the main course, Chef Alex will teach you how to expertly roll, shape and prepare stuffed cappelletti pasta with roasted squash and spices in a decadent brown butter and sage sauce. Finish by handcrafting silky panna cotta with warming spices and fresh, seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alex’s Advanced Pasta class was great! My boyfriend and I had a great time cooking with him - he is super personable & extremely knowledgeable with cooking tips & tricks. He brought everything we needed to make the recipes and did some great prep before hand to make sure class ran smoothly & on time. We would highly recommend his class to anyone interested! All of the dishes were SO DELICIOUS! Overall, great experience!!

This was one of the best experiences! Alex was so patient and friendly during the entire process. My wife was so happy that I surprised her with this experience on our anniversary. I would definitely recommend others to try!
