In this Italian-themed cooking class, you'll learn to make handcrafted pasta like a professional. Your expert chef will guide you through each step from mixing dough to perfectly plating dishes.
Begin by making a classic Caesar salad of crisp romaine and creamy from-scratch dressing, and perfectly toasted garlic bread. Then, handcraft a batch of dough and select from shapes like fettuccine and gnocchi for your pasta. You’ll also make a meaty bolognese sauce to top your dish. For dessert, prepare decadent panna cotta with an innovative lavender-infused blueberry compote.

AVOID THIS CHEF. I recieved this class as a birthday present and the chef was initially responsive but then the day prior to our class stopped responding. Did not provide the location or follow-up any messages with where to meet for the class with specific address despite them being read as (seen). He took our course money and then refused to respond to customer service about the issue when I asked for a refund or new course date. Very disappointed by the poor customer service from both cozymeal and this chef. Would recommend picking someone else to avoid being scammed.

Great experience with Chef Roddy and all of the chefs. It really helped to learn to cook in a professional kitchen, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll be using Cozymeal again for cooking classes for sure.
Chef Roddy inherited his love of cuisine from his family and their successful baking business. After majoring in business, he shifted to the culinary arts and never looked back.
