Create traditional Pugliese-style Italian dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients and simple techniques.

Learn to craft a traditional Italian feast, complete with homemade pasta and other favorites. Chef Emiliano will teach time-honored techniques to turn simple ingredients into a satisfying meal.

Begin by building a Pugliese-style bruschetta with fragrant basil leaves and chilies from the south of Italy. Next, learn how to craft gnocchi from scratch and pair them with fresh walnut pesto and Sardinian cheese for an authentic and uniquely satisfying entrГ©e, enhanced by a crisp and refreshing radish salad. Finish by crafting a sweet, yet fruity dessert with fresh figs, honey and wild mint.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Emiliano is an Italian chef who has extensive travel experience and learned much about different cuisines along the way. He has so much to share and teach within his experiences. If you are in the area I would certainly recommend him.
