Chef Maggie made everyone feel welcomed. The “friendsgiving†meal was delicious and fun to make. This experience has inspired me to want to cook more. Will definitely come back to try other classes.

Maggie was awesome - authentic, funny, smart, and provided extremely practical approaches to cooking and backing that made even the non-cooks in our group feel comfortable. We booked the Friends' Friendsgiving cooking class for my (adult) niece's birthday, and it was exactly what I was hoping for - unique, participatory, very fun, and extremely yummy!

I've been looking for a tempering class for a long time. Chef Maggie was amazing: personable, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. We never felt hurried. In fact, quite the opposite, she encouraged all of us to be patient and let time do its job. And, all of the bon bons were shiny and delicious. Thank you. Highly recommend."

Chef Maggie is incredible! She had me laughing the whole time. I walked in feeling very intimidated by macarons, but Chef demonstrated and gave cues that made everything so straightforward and doable. Our macarons turned out delicious, even if they weren’t the prettiest to look at (but hey, my piping skills are a work in progress, y’know). I hope to take more classes with Maggie in the future.
