Discover a handful of new, meat-free dishes to liven up your meal planning.
Explore vegetarian Mediterranean dishes in this interactive cooking class with Chef Paige. You’ll learn healthy new recipes, combine fresh ingredients and incorporate an array of seasonings that will become staples in your home.
You’ll begin by preparing a refreshing watermelon and farro salad. Next, craft handmade pasta for ravioli filled with roasted corn and fresh ricotta, and crisp up root vegetable fritters packed with flavor. Finally, Chef Paige will teach you how to compose decadent baklava for dessert with nuts and phyllo dough and dripping in honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
