Sharpen your cooking skills and pick up a few new techniques in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tera. Your menu is inspired by the best ingredients from the land and sea.

Begin by handcrafting crab cakes and a sweet chili aioli followed by a classic Caesar salad with anchovies and homemade croutons. Then, learn how to expertly sear New York strip steak and jumbo garlic butter prawns for an elevated surf and turf. End on a sweet note as Chef Tera shows you how to pair seasonal fruit with vanilla mascarpone.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef T was great. As soon as she arrived we knew we were in for a treat. She got right to work showing us how to to prep for our meal before getting started. She made the experience fun and educational. While preparing each entrГ©e, she encouraged us and showed us how to prepare to our own specifications. Will recommend to my friends and family.
